Welcome to TWIB’s Weekly Top 10 Videos. This is a segment where we look at some exceptional visuals from various acts around the globe. The music video format has been around for decades, through the 90s and 2000s, and it has taken flight from multi-million dollar budget music videos to mid to low-budget videos with exceptional features. In this section, we will not discriminate but highlight some creative visuals on our radar.
Again, we promise to bring you the best, from high- to low-budget, animated to DIY, and, first and foremost, the most creative visuals we can source.

TaReef KnockOut – “BABYLON”.
TaReef KnockOut pours his heart on wax in his latest single “BABYLON.” Inspired by Doechii’s Grammy acceptance speech, where she shouted out Tampa, TaReef KnockOut felt the motivation to share his thoughts on his musical journey and remind the industry that he is ready to make a mark. The song comes with a performance-driven visual that captures the rapper in his element.
Sammy Angelo ft Oritsé Williams – “Love Me No More”
London-based instrumentalist/singer Sammy Angelo recruits Oritsé Williams (the founder of the multi-platinum selling band JLS) for this genre-bending banger “Love Me No More.” Bolstered by Ayo Beatz‘s hypnotic drum grooves and lush textures, Angelo and Williams deliver a solid duet brimming with catchy melodies and heartfelt lyrics that lovers can relate to. The accompanying visuals were shot on location in Box Park, London and captures both artists doing what they do best.
Jamal Gasol – “4PF Freestyle”
Jamal Gasol unveils visuals for his song “4PF Freestyle,” which continues his freestyle visual releases. The track is a lyric-dense piece that explores the rappers’ go-getter mentality and extensive lyrical depth. For the visuals, he teamed up with longtime collaborator Blackbelt Jonez, who helps bring the track to life with a motif-driven clip that blends street-savvy set pieces with Gasol’s expressive performance style.
This track will appear on the forthcoming Mr. 31 Vol. 3 (The Threat Tape) to drop digitally on 5/26. It’s a return to the classic mixtape format for Gasol, who is having fun stuntin’ over some choice beats used by other artists. These includes two previous leaks, including “Bang Bang Freestyle” and “Return Of The Threat Freestyle”.
Eff Yoo – “A Song About Nothing” prod. by Deep
Eff Yoo and producer Deep drop the visual for their single “A Song About Nothing,” taken from their new project With All Due Respect. The single is a homage to the classic 90’s sitcom, Seinfeld and sees Eff Yoo embodying the spirit of the hip-hop version of the eponymous character. The visuals continue the theme and we see Eff Yoo as Seinfeld and Deep as Kramer and the result is quite entertaining and hilarious.
Devantier Rain x Tamaraebi – “MONSTER”.
Berlin-based German-Cameroonian artist Devantier Rain and singer/songwriter Tamaraebi team up for “MONSTER.” The reflective ballad explores the growing distance between two once-close lovers and the disconcerting feeling of seeing someone you once loved become a complete stranger. The soundscape is dynamic, ominous and shines with its engulfing arrangement that rises to a plateau in the chorus section plus the sublime vocal performances from both singers.
Seven No 6 – “ComeUpPance”.
Alternative singer/rapper Seven No 6 explores his Christian faith in his new track/video “ComeUpPance.” The alternative hip-hop/Gospel infused track has a playful undertone with subtle lyrics that takes listeners on a rollercoaster ride into the modern world filled with distractions.
