Santiago-based alternative hip-hop act Scott Y Los Pelmazos have roots in Puente Alto and La Florida, Chile and are bringing a refreshing aesthetic to hip-hop with their brand of culturally vibrant, jazzy and unique sounds that separates them from the pack. Their latest release  “Naftalina (2022)”, is a mellow and sombre tune that centers on reflection and lovelorn feelings of what could be. The production is rich, layered and dynamic with it’s warm pulsating bass-laden grooves, solemn horns and reflective keys all underpinned by an impassioned vocal performance.
