Epic is a Canadian emcee from the prairies. His album 8:30 in Newfoundland just celebrated it’s 20th anniversary with a special re-release.

He is set to drop a new album with Rob Crooks on July 26th. There is an online listening party for that album on Monday if you’d like to peep it before its release.

I had the chance to talk with him about that, how west coast and prairie rap oftentimes doesn’t cross its way over to our ears here in the East, and what we can do about that,
