Kingdom Kome returns with his new single/lyric video “Heroina” which sees him teaming up with California-based producer Dawit Justice. The result is a cinematic effort made up of rich chopped-up samples with hushed drums all underpinned by Kingdom Kome’s distinct flow and unfiltered bars like  “Wilt the stilt put up numbers, I bang hoes/Scientist with the lab coat/ wip the fix, this is it, the exact dose(I’m that gross)“. His lyrical schemes are as vivid as they come and bring listeners deep into the mix of the action and sum it up with more graphic bars like “Onto the next episode/click clack weapon load/put the rifle to your chest like a stethoscope“.

The accompanying visualizer is a mix of performance shots of Kingdome Kome and various archival clips from the 70s and 80s.

“Heroina” is the lead single from Kingdom Kome and Dawit Justice’s forthcoming collaborative LP entitled  Kingdom Of Justice which is set to drop on 9/25. In addition to the duo, album features include Timbo King, Tragedy Khadafi, Ras Ceylon, Che Uno, Lyrik’L, Lazarus Child, CTraffik, Money Mogly, Enoch Sol and Una Mercedes.

Speaking on the project Kingdom Kome said “Dawit and I built our friendship years ago on our mutual affinity for polo culture and hip-hop. In that time, Dawit has done production on the Supreme Sorcerers and Los Chicos Criollos LP’s. Working on this album with him has put me in a more militant and conscious chamber. It’s kind of a sonic uprising if you will.”
