In the last few years Plan B has made his name as both a singer and actor, and he was both successful and pretty good at it too. But he started out as  Grime MC, known for dark, gritty lyrics, and that’s where I preferred him. Seems like he’s going back to the beginning with this track and the upcoming album.

By the way, most fo the footage used in this is real, taken from the riots across the UK back in August. This is a statement, pretty much, on behalf of the youth of the UK who feel disconnected from the current authorities. Whether they have cause for such grievience or not that’s up to debate, but no doubt there is a strong animosity, reflected in this.
