One of my favorite musicians John Robinson dropped this gem today which I was on like a rat up a drain pipe as soon as I caught a whiff of it! These are some of the first beats Mr Robinson made on the MPC 1000, which he purchased while on a break from putting the finishing touches to to his “Who Is The Man? LP” while in Atlanta. It’s official. I’m hyped. German label Project: Mooncircle celebrates 10 years of existence with what will no doubt be a showcase of some of the most original Hip Hop right now. It’s a really diverse label too, so in this preview you’ll hear some electronica, dubstep etc but the list of names that are involved in this release is outstanding; fLako, Jhest, Dorian Concept, John Robinson, CYNE, Long Arm, Ichiro_, Pavel Dovgal, Dday One and many many more. They just fresh as hell and can’t be slept on.

I bring to you my latest single, the title-track “Freedom”. The track was produced by Ta-Ku (HW&W/Paperchain /ProjectMooncircle /Brownswood), who happens to be one of my favorite producers in the game right now. Its the tried and true formula of creating I like to stick to: dope beat + music/lyrics with a purpose.

Video to Organic, the title track to Long Arm’s new LP which is out at the end of the month, featuring Teknical Development from fellow Project Mooncricle duo Obba Supa. Organic is a follow up to The Branches which in my opinion is one of the best nu jazz albums I’ve ever heard and probably my second favourite instrumental album, only behind Donuts. Hype ittt.
