AUDIO: Metro feat. Rakaa & DJ EPROM – New Maps EP Preview (Poland)
This sounds pretty good, a lil snippet from the latest release by Queen Size Records, a small Polish label but I quite like them. This is part of a 7" series with Polish producer Metro, which has featured prominant names such as Rakaa of Dilated Peoples, MED, Wildflower and Guilty Simpson, so it's worth checking out.

Been on the follow eversince he dropped his first project...the composer is not a stranger here on WIB and is a favorite also, if your a regular reader here on WIB you can relate to every distinction of craft work "Suhnraw" posses's... He never disappoints and always on a inclination of his sound sculptures.. Ah this is mega ill. Kwes, the latest addition to the infamous and mega-dope Warp Recrods, remixes The Jealous Guy's Life as part of The FADER's X Squared series, where they hook up with a producer to remix a track in a collab with an MC. You can check the rest of them here (and download them all too), and they include the likes of Hudson Mohwake and Lunice; this just happens to be my personal favourite and probably the most appropriate for Word Is Bond.

ALBUM: K-Murdock – Hero Muzik Vol.1
Producer K-Murdock released his labour of love Hero Muzik Vol.1 earlier this week - taking the character themes from Final Fantasy 6 and giving them that Neosonix vibe. I personally enjoyed this a lot, being a fan of the game series and scores in general. Also it's always great to me when artists walk on the path less travelled with projects like this and put out something to shake up your regular listening.
In the same situation with Forever Famicon, there is no requirement to be even remotely familiar with the original content, as these beats stand alone on their own merit and should be checked out...
