I recently read a countdown post on the dopest rap songs that lacked hooks and I was hard pressed to find a flaw or two on said list. I must also add that the majority of said list were songs in the 80s and 90s (sans DOOM‘s entry). My point is we are in the era where the “catchy hook” is almost essential for main stream success, and while many are scrambling to find that next hit this cat out of the big apple goes against the norm on ’32 Chambers’, an AraabMuzikproduced street banger from J.R. TheBeast. Musically it definitely takes me back to the Diplomat era, epic, anthemic gritty soundscapes with street savvy lyrics to match.

The visuals are luring as well, pretty simple plot and the interrogation style approach doesn’t hurt as well. I won’t spoil the action here, just click after the jump and enjoy ‘32 Chambers‘ to the fullest

32 Chambers was produced by well known AraabMuzik affiliated with the Diplomat Record Label. The video was directed and edited by Jack Nine Films from Bronx, New York. Written and performed by Upcoming Independent New Jersey Artist J.R. TheBeast. Since its release it has already gain a great response and massive attention.
