Sunny Bak, the legend who took photos for the Beastie Boys‘ Licensed To Ill album, is holding a photo exhibit at the Basement 818 Gallery in Sherman Oaks! This exhibit is pretty short, as it goes from March 16th-24th. You can also check out the Beastie Boys’ tribute band, the Pollywog Crew, perform live on the first day!

If you don’t know, she has also taken pictures of (and for) many celebrities such as Keanu Reeves, Gene Simmons, Seth Green, Jason Priestly, among many others. You can even see some of her portraits in Jay-Z’s Decoded book, as well as Def Jam Recordings: The First 25 Years Of The Last Great Record Label. Nowadays, she is one of the board members of the Venice Art Crawl in Venice Beach, CA.
