When the phrase “concept album” is spoken within Hip-Hop, my mind springs up some of my all-time favourites; Vaudeville Villain, A Prince Among Thieves and more recently Undun.  An alarm bell usually sounds simultaneously too (thanks The Death Of Adam).  However, Panacea’s The Scenic Route fortunately sits comfortably with the former. One of the underground’s most critically acclaimed duo’s are now re-releasing the album on CD  with all new artwork and 6 additional remixes from the likes of DJ Spinna, Nicolay (of Foreign Exchange) and DJ Nu-mark.
