A few weeks back I posted about The Bullitts’ and his (yeah it’s one person) collaboration with Jay Electronica, dramatised in a short film. This, Jeymes Samuel, is a guy that calls his genre of music action-adventure and I really hope you paid attention, because yesterday he dropped a bomb on us that could dwarf Trinity. Singer extraordinaire Erykah Badu stars alongside Michael K. Williams, who played a critically acclaimed role as Omar in The Wire – personally, my favourite character of any platform I’ve encountered -, Rosario Dawson, Giancarlo Esposito and Isaiah Washington, The Bullitts’ Western They Die By Dawn. To make it even better, Mos Def and Jay Electronica will, going from the website, appear on the soundtrack and you can hear a snippet of that Mos Def track at the end of the trailer.
