The second single from Lupe Fiasco’s up and coming album Food & Liquor 2, following on from the much publicised ‘Around My Way’. And I dunno about you but… this is kinda whack. Lupe sounds disinterested and his flow is lazy and all over the place. And then there’s the beat. A nice message does not a good song make, and quite how this song made the cut on the album I genuinely don’t know. It’s kinda worrying to see where Lupe’s talent appears to be going. Still, it’s nice to hear positivity being preached in his songs.
