Indie rockers, the Black Keys, are once again teaming up with Damon Dash to release “Blackroc 2”. The first “Blackroc”, released in 2009, was hit or miss but I liked the idea. RZA, Raekwon, Mos Def, Q Tip and many others were featured on the original “Blackroc”. The second time around seems to be little different. Talib Kweli and Wu-Tang’s U God will appear on the upcoming album along with Wiz Khalifa, OC, Jay Electronica, Jim Jones, Curren$y, Sean Price and The Cool Kids.

I enjoy the Black Keys’ music but “Blackroc” could’ve been better. Although, I’m still excited because the second time around (hopefully) will have a more concrete direction.
