Jameszoo – When I’m Trippin by Error Broadcast on Mixcloud
The latest mix done for the good people over at Error Broadcast. Dutch producer Jameszoo, only just fresh out of his teens last week, is in control for this one. A 40 minute mix of some traditional hip hop, experimental electronica, jazz and wonky beats featuring artists like Tyler The Creator, Bibio and Jai Paul, it’s a feast for the ears. Error Broadcast has a few other nice ones too which you can check out here.
As for Jameszoo himself, not much about him is out there, yet anyway. His Boss Worm remix is on Bandcamp and his 7″ can be bought from Rush Hour here, plus there’s a pretty nice 2 hour beat battle with Paul White on Soundcloud, but very little otherwise. Just from these snippets though he seems like a talent, one worth keeping ear out for for sure with a first album/project due to drop on Dutch label Kindred Spirits. Hopefully it’ll be sooner rather than later.
