Montreal emcee/producer dropped a solid body of work (Something You Feel) in 2012 which I highly recommend to every music lover out there. In the mean time, I got this 6 minute clip of the man in question during last year’s edition of the annual Montreal Jazz Festival. He serves a soul fuelled track ‘Man I Oughta Be’ with his awesome band Something You Feel Experience. I have seen this man live many times and it’s always a new experience watching him do his thing on stage, and it’s a plus when he is backed by a super talented band (shoutouts to Jahsun on the drums, Mark on bass and Dre on Sax).

Tune in and check out the vibes.

Raw, gritty, and heartfelt.” Stylistically described by Surviving the Golden Age as, “Something of a tripped out blend of Dilla, Flying Lotus, and Odd Future.”
